📞 Step 1: Discovery call
A chance to talk openly about what’s working, what’s not, and where you need more space. I’ll guide the conversation so you don’t need to prepare anything, just bring what’s on your mind.
📝 Step 2: Proposal and onboarding
Your proposal sets out how we’ll work together, the communication cadence, and the first priorities I’ll take off your plate. You’ll also receive my terms of business, booking form, and data processing form so everything is clear and agreed before we begin. Onboarding is straightforward and guided, so you can stay focused on your business growth.

Support is shaped around your pace and communication style. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and what’s already been handled. The aim is steady, calm progress without adding pressure.
